Each leather product is unique. Leather is a natural material that undergoes the test of time
and may have natural aging and fade. As each piece is handmade and wholesomely unique,
the product you receive will be slightly different than the photos shown. No two items will
ever be the exact same.
All products are photographed as accurately as possible to capture the true nature and
patterning of the leather surface. The colour and leather finish will vary between each piece,
as it is an intentional reflection of the true nature of a handmade item. If you have a specific
request please contact us.
The nature of leather is the aged character it builds throughout its lifetime, please know
that slight markings and imperfections of the leather is a natural process and is not a fault of
the finished product.
To ensure the vibrancy and quality of finish, please spray the surface with a leather
All processed orders are made to order due to the small-scale in-house production. Please
allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made, shipped and delivered. Wholesale orders
work on a contract basis and have specific terms pending on units ordered.
We currently accept payment via PayPal Express Checkout, if you wish to process payment
via direct bank transfer then please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
For orders to be delivered by a specific date, please contact the studio directly at
email@example.com prior to order placement. This will enable the studio to prepare
ahead and have your order finalized and delivered to you within a reasonable time frame.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
All sales on leather goods and original artworks are final. Any returns or refunds are at our
discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its
original undamaged condition.
If you are unhappy or feel we have grossly misrepresented your leather good(s), please
contact us within 5 days of delivery date to exchange your item.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you
enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at
our expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive.
Once we learn an order has not arrived by the allocated date, we will lodge an enquiry with
the postal service.
If you wish to purchase express shipping on national or international orders, please contact
me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote prior to placing your order. We are not
responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase
is over the tax-free threshold. In most cases our products will be under this threshold and so
no charges will be payable. However, if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this
information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if
your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door
in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon
receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been
lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
